|
An annual $30 Registration Fee is
required for each child enrolled at Galaxy. The
Registration and Medical Form must be completed and
submitted to the Director prior to the child's participation
in class.

- Full Semester & Installment Payments
|
Balance must be PAID IN FULL PRIOR to
child's participation in class. Galaxy reserves the
right to refuse participation of students due to unpaid
balances. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
If your child will not be completing the semester, a letter
must be submitted 2 weeks prior to when your child will be
leaving.

Students may begin classes anytime,
provided space is available. Class Fees will be
pro-rated.
|
|
|
Any absence may be made up in the week
prior to or week immediately following the missed class.
ALL make-ups MUST be scheduled by calling and speaking to
the director and are on a first come, first served basis.
No make-ups on test days and parent observation days.
No make-ups after 7 days. No make-ups after
each semester has ended.
Galaxy reserves the right to limit the number of students.
No credit will be given for missed classes.

Girls 6 and up must wear a leotard.
Long hair MUST be pulled back. Bare feet or non-slip
slippers are accepted. Boys may wear comfortable
athletic wear. No buttons or zippers.

|
This special time happens at the end of
every semester and is designed to allow parents and
relatives to come see their children in action! Bring
your camera and video camera to record this special
occasion. Your children will be eager to demonstrate
their newly learned skills.
NOTE: Generally we ask that parents limit watching
during regularly scheduled class time because their children
and other children may become distracted, lose
concentration, and disrupt the flow the class. Please
observe this policy to reduce the chance of injury.
If there are any problems with this policy, please see the
director.

ABSOLUTELY no child who is sick is
permitted to take class. This includes a persistent
runny nose. Please call the director to schedule a
make-up class.

Call ahead to hear our message regarding
Galaxy's opening for classes. Decisions will be made
one hour prior to class start. No credit will be given
if class is held, but class can be made up.

The students are able to earn star patches
that ranges from 1-10. These are given to each gymnast
after passing the required development test on test days
once a semester. The first star is white and the
highest is the gold star! This gives children
incentive to strive to get better so they can earn them all.
Testing is done on the 7th week
of each semester.

challenges each student through carefully controlled
progressions to reach the individual's highest skill level.
WATCH YOUR CHILD REACH
FOR THE STARS!
Every student is able to earn star patches able to
star patches that range from levels 1-10. These are
given to each gymnast after passing the required
developmental test on test days once a semester. The
first star is white and the tenth (highest) star is the gold
star! This system encourages gymnasts to grow in their
gymnastics development and provides incentives to earn all
10 stars.
